| The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby shops, and the facilities are impressive with reliable Wi-Fi and hot water. Housekeeping does a commendable job, contributing to a comfortable sleep experience. |

| I have been staying at Mood Hotel Deluxe King Suite for years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around JB. The staff service is excellent, especially Ms. Kavita and her team, who always make me feel welcome and well taken care of. The room service staff are equally outstanding, attentive, and friendly. Mood Hotel has truly become my second home. |

| Stayed many times. Its tucked at a corner of Sutera area. Very safe even to walk ard at night, lots of eatery. Good value as its room well maintained. If you looking to get in relaxing mood in jb, do consider staying at mood. |

| Good location, the room is clean, the staff is friendly. The only downside is that they don't have a kettle in the room. They do have a jug for you to fill "warm water" in the common area and bring back to your room but the water is not hot, it is just warm. Would have an issue if you want to make tea for yourself or milk for the baby. |
